Japanese customers visited our company to inspect the tree branch and leaf crusher, and jointly explore new paths for green resource utilization

Recently, a four-person delegation of Japanese buyers visited our production base for a field trip and in-depth technical discussions on our branch, leaf, and grass shredder series. This visit not only represents recognition of our technical strength in biomass resource processing equipment, but also serves as a bridge for collaboration between the two companies in the green environmental protection industry chain, helping them explore new directions in the resource utilization of agricultural and forestry waste, including branches and leaves.

On-site inspection: witness the equipment performance and recognize the technical strength

At 10:00 AM, accompanied by our company's chairman and R&D director, the Japanese customer delegation was the first to enter our production workshop. They walked along the production line, meticulously inspecting the manufacturing process for the core components of the twig, leaf, and grass shredder—from the laser cutting of the high-strength pulverizing chamber and the precision forging of the wear-resistant hammers to the modular assembly and performance tuning of the entire machine. They interacted frequently with our technicians at every stage, specifically inquiring about the machine's adaptability for crushing branches with varying moisture contents and tough weeds.

In the equipment demonstration area, we activated our multifunctional twig, leaf, and grass shredder (Model 1200F) to simulate a real-world agricultural and forestry waste treatment scenario for the customer. Equipped with an 18.5kW high-efficiency motor, the machine pulverized a mixture of dead branches, fresh leaves, and weeds into a uniform particle size of 3-15mm (adjustable by replacing the screen) in just one minute. During the demonstration, the equipment demonstrated excellent anti-tangling performance. For easily tangled weeds, a built-in anti-blocking and material-discharging device can instantly sort the material, avoiding the problems of material jamming and downtime associated with traditional equipment.

"We researched several manufacturers in Japan, and your equipment's compatibility and stability with various types of agricultural and forestry waste far exceeded our expectations," said the delegation leader. "Japan is currently vigorously promoting carbon neutrality. Crushed branches, leaves, and grass can be used for organic composting and biomass fuel production. Your equipment's efficient processing capabilities perfectly meet our market needs."

In-depth Negotiation: Accurately Matching Requirements and Finalizing a Customized Solution

After the demonstration, the two parties held a special cooperation negotiation meeting in the conference room. Based on the client's specific requirements—a daily processing capacity of 20 tons of mixed branches, leaves, and grass, adapted to the compact layout of small Japanese farms—our team detailed the equipment's core advantages: its mobile design, equipped with universal wheels and a traction mechanism, facilitates flexible field operations. Furthermore, in response to Japan's stringent safety standards, the equipment is equipped with safety features such as an emergency stop button and guardrails, fully complying with machinery safety regulations.

The Japanese client shared the latest developments in Japan's agricultural and forestry waste treatment market: With the rise of organic farming, demand for high-quality pulverized materials continues to grow, while also requiring equipment noise levels to be kept below 75 decibels. Our team immediately promised to customize the equipment by optimizing the motor's vibration damping structure to reduce noise and adding a material moisture detection module to ensure the pulverized material maintains a stable moisture content of 30%-40%, suitable for composting. We also assisted with local product certification testing in Japan to ensure smooth operational

Looking Forward to Cooperation: Working Together for Green Development and Creating a Win-Win Future

The one-day visit was a highly commendable one. The Japanese customer delegation expressed their strong recognition of our R&D capabilities, production processes, and service responsiveness, and expressed their intention to purchase an initial batch of three twig, leaf, and grass shredders. A formal cooperation agreement and a subsequent long-term supply framework were signed.

In bidding farewell to the customers, the company's chairman emphasized, "The stringent environmental and quality requirements of Japanese customers are a key driver of our technological advancement. We will use this collaboration as a starting point to continuously optimize the performance of our twig, leaf, and grass shredders. We will not only provide efficient and reliable equipment to the Japanese market, but also work with customers to explore new paths for the resource utilization of agricultural and forestry waste and contribute to the global goal of carbon neutrality."

This visit and cooperation intention from Japanese customers not only lays the foundation for our company to enter the Japanese green environmental protection equipment market but also demonstrates the core competitiveness of our twig, leaf, and grass shredders in the international market. Going forward, our company will continue to deepen its presence in the biomass processing equipment field, empowering green development through technological innovation and providing superior environmental solutions to customers worldwide.
