The palm fiber crusher shreds palm fibers into short pieces. The shredded palm fiber can be used to produce building panels, replacing traditional wood boards and plywood. It is also widely used in paper and pulp production, composting, and ground film materials. Furthermore, the shredded palm fiber can be made into brushes, straw raincoats, pillows, mattresses, and water tower filters.
A palm fiber crusher typically uses a motor to drive the crushing cutters at high speed. Within the crushing chamber, the material is subjected to the combined forces of impact, shearing, and friction from the cutters, breaking it down and pulverizing it.
It can process a variety of dry and wet biomass, such as coconut leaves, coconut shells, coconut shreds, palm fibers, wood chips, shavings, and branches.
Adjustable output size: Some shredders can adjust the output size by selecting different machine types or installing screens. For example, a double-shaft shredder produces a coarser output, typically between 100-300mm. A single-shaft shredder or one equipped with a screen can achieve a smaller output size.
Highly wear-resistant blades: Some shredder blades are made of 65 manganese steel containing titanium alloy. This is not only wear-resistant and labor-saving, but also solves the problem of single-shot shredding without clogging.
Energy-saving and energy-efficient: Some equipment has built-in dust removal and air elimination systems, ensuring environmentally friendly and smoke-free operation, low energy consumption, and high output.
Easy to operate: The automatic feeding function saves time, effort, and labor, and the simple structure allows one-person operation.
